Tasteful NOSTALGIA on Wheels

I've always believed that life's sweetest moments don't need to be complicated. A scoop of gelato on a warm day. The smell of coffee drifting through the air. A smile shared over something delicious.
That's why I started Bar Coco. What began as a little snow cone machine years ago has grown into a fleet
of vintage vans and carts, each one restored with love and care. They're not just vehicles to me — they're characters in the story. When one of our old vans pulls up to a wedding, a festival, or a corporate party, you can feel people light up. The look, the colour, the nostalgia — it's like a time machine that makes everyone a kid again.
I call it Tasteful Nostalgia. It's not just about the retro panels and painted signs. It's about creating an experience that feels timeless. Pairing the charm of the past with the quality of today. That's why our treats are always premium - gelato made properly, churros fried golden, coffee poured with care.
Because the design might take you back, but the flavour keeps you right here in the moment.
And I'll be honest — vintage livery is having its moment again. Everywhere I look, old buses, Kombis, and milk vans are being brought back to life. People don't just want sleek and new; they want stories, history, soul. For me, that's the future: keeping these classics rolling, but making them relevant for today. One day, I'd love to see our fleet running electric engines under those old hoods — marrying heritage with sustainability.
At the end of the day, Bar Coco isn't just about dessert. It's about making life delicious, memorable, and just a little magical. When you see one of our vans arrive, I want you to feel that same rush of excitement I did as a kid when the ice cream truck came down the street.
Because some things never go out of style.
